Thus, the association makes it possible to accelerate the innovation process, while releasing the potential of each young person from all walks of life. Their action is carried out in the form of a one-year training course and 3 programmes. Thus, the entrepreneurial support of young people is a major challenge, especially for the revival of activity.

Live for Good, supporting young people in their entrepreneurial efforts

Live for Good is an association created in 2015. In its early days, Live for Good was a website with the objective of raising funds for the construction of houses in Malaysia. Live for Good was later taken over and transformed into an association by members of the family of founder Gabriel Courtois. The association’s objective is to support and encourage young people to embark on social entrepreneurship. For this, its program is accessible to all, in order to promote diversity, inclusion and cohesion among members.

The 3 programs are dedicated to leadership and innovation. The first is the Entrepreneur for Good program. Indeed, it aims to accompany projects for 6 months regardless of their development phase. The accompaniment is therefore done from the creation, launch or prototyping. More than 70 young people can thus be coached during workshops and training adapted to their project. They will have the opportunity to present their project at the Social Innovation Day. This will allow them to test their concept with professionals, expand their network and even conquer their first customers.

The second program is Generation Impact. It allows young people to immerse themselves in the experience of entrepreneurship through workshops, mini mentoring courses and thus push them to innovate to become actors in their territory. Thus, Génération Impact is deployed in 6 cities of France, accompanied by 90 volunteers to meet young people.

Finally, the third program is the Gabriel Prize. It is an award that, every year, rewards the 5 best young actors-leaders. The 5 young people thus win a scholarship of 10,000 euros and a complete and personalized support of one year. All to allow them to make their projects succeed and take off their start-ups in good conditions.

Entrepreneurial support is essential for young entrepreneurs. Indeed, launching your activity is not an easy thing, especially in a context of health crisis that has strongly affected the market. Support for entrepreneurship is therefore necessary for growth.

Support is all the more important for young people, as they do not have a large number of financial resources. Thus, many networks such as Live for Good are mobilizing to accompany and support young people in their efforts. Needs may vary depending on the development phase of the projects. Thus, young entrepreneurs may need help with financing, strategy, development etc.

Entrepreneurship also involves raising awareness of business creation. Indeed, it is relevant to make young people aware of innovation, in particular through the dissemination of testimonies. This makes it possible to encourage young people to ask questions, to ask questions about entrepreneurship and about possible projects to be carried out. After the awareness comes the time of the accompaniment so that the young people can carry out their project. Many organizations set up personalized assistance, either financial or educational.
