Companies, recruitment at the heart of the strategy in 2022

Companies in all sectors are defining new strategies to grow. In 2022, the goal is to recruit to deploy a strategy that encompasses the learnings of 2020 and 2021. Thus, many sectors of activity want to evolve, and turn to recovery. Some sectors are then very dynamic, with many job creations, such as finance or trade. Others are waiting to revive their activity, after long complicated months.

Businesses at the heart of job creation

Job creation is an important marker for the economic health of a market. Some sector companies are thus recruitment engines, on various sectors of activity. Thus, in the private sector, 2021 is the year of recovery, with the creation of 64,881 jobs. After the loss of 82,000 jobs in 2020, at the heart of the pandemic, this recovery marks more optimism.

In this trend, finance and trade are the most dynamic. Insurance and financial services lost 5443 jobs in the 1st half of 2021, before reaching a net creation of 1306 jobs at the end of the year. But other sectors such as retail and wholesale trade are not left out. After the loss of 2043 jobs in the first quarter, the sector was able to rebound and still create 1266 jobs.

However, other sectors are not able to take off, to continue their development. Sectors that are nevertheless buoyant during the pandemic, such as real estate with the loss of 435 positions; transportation with 14 jobs lost; industry with 1357 jobs or business services with the loss of 2789 jobs.

En France et en région, certaines entreprises ont mis en place une stratégie de développement affirmée, ce qui passe notamment par le recrutement de nouveaux talents. Elles sont nombreuses à se tourner vers ce fonctionnement, pour répondre à leurs objectifs. Cela est notamment le cas du groupe Apave, qui souhaite agrandir ses équipes avec 1500 nouveaux collaborateurs à l’international, dont 28 en Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Ce groupe, expert de la prévention, de la maîtrise des risques et formation professionnelle s’inscrit dans une dynamique de croissance, pour tous les métiers de la filiale. 

Bio C Bon is also a company that follows these trends, plans to recruit more than 600 people throughout the country, from CAP to Bac + 5. Indeed, the food transition and the importance of the short circuit impact customer demands. Customers who have helped develop the network that now has more than 150 stores in France, which works with more than 850 local producers.

L’hôtellerie et la restauration attendent plus que jamais l’arrivée de la saison pour se relancer sereinement. Secteur le plus touché par la pandémie, il représente un marché important, central pour l’économie française. 760 000 personnes travaillent dans ce secteur, soit 4% des emplois, et concerne 9% des établissements du territoire. Tout comme l’artisanat, ce secteur veut recruter pour se tourner vers 2022 sereinement, et susciter de nouvelles vocations…
