Ankorstore is a start-up created in 2019 and now first market place. Its aim is to foster commercial relations between brands and resellers. In a context of health crisis forcing trade to become more digital, Ankorstore allows companies to better manage both financial and inventory managementaspects. To do this, it provides them with an innovative tool. In addition, by remaining in this dynamic, the start-up has set up a 100% digitalised trade show in September 2020. A new edition of this Lift Days show appears on February 8th after the success of the first edition. More and more popular online shows are thus very successful, especially in an unstable health context.

Ankorstore, the start-up serving independent businesses

Ankorstore is an innovative start-up launched in November 2019. Its aim is tosupport retail businesses in a context where e-commerce giants are taking a considerable place. As the transformation of trade has accelerated in particular because of the health crisis, independent businesses have a place to be maintained in terms of dynamism and job creation.

Thus, through its marketplace,Ankostor promotes and supports independent trade. This includes introducing the general public to a large number of brands. It brings together more than 3,000 brands from various sectors such as decoration, fashion and delicatessen. This allows the distribution of brands to be increased in France and internationally. With a minimum purchase of 100 euros and thanks to the payment at 60 days, purchases and restocks are simplified. This makes it possible not to over-store. In addition, brands are paid directly by Ankorstore, which allows them not to depend on the 60 days.

With this in mind to boost the commercial relations between shops and brands, Ankorstore set up Lift Daysin September 2020. From February 8th to 12th,the start-up is organising a winter edition of its online trade show. The aim is to create a real dynamic between brands, retailers and boutiques. Indeed, more than 2,800 brands will be discovered during these 5 days of digital show. Thus, independent shops can renew their stocks while enjoying financial advantages. On the brand side, this allows them to develop their reputation on a European scale but also to destock their products. Thus, during Lift Days, the financial benefits are accompanied by an incentive scheme. This increases the volume of orders while reducing costs through business advantages.

Online trade shows, events reinvent themselves

The current health environment is forcing the event industry to reinvent itself in order to continue to exist. As a result, more and more digital events are taking place. They are becoming a new trend in events. This new generation of events intrigues and pleases but requires new technical skills. Indeed, these events are created in virtual universes. Thus, for a good quality of content, the material must be at the rendezvous.

Hybrid events also appear in event jargon. Indeed, it is an event combining the virtual and the real.
